Our Team

Behind every great project, there is a strong team — a group of people who share vision, values, and a genuine love for what they do.

At the School of Nature, our people are not just educators — they are inspirers, companions, and supporters on every child’s journey.

With academic training, hands-on experience, and above all, a deep passion for nature, education, and childhood, our team shares a common goal: to offer children the tools, stimuli, and experiences that will help them:

  • Grow holistically — in body, mind, and spirit
  • Discover the world around them — and within themselves
  • Build a solid foundation of respect, empathy, and self-confidence

At the same time, he has many years of experience teaching traditional dances to both children and adults, fostering collaboration, self-expression, and self-confidence

In 2021, he was admitted to the Department of Primary Education at the University of Crete, confirming his commitment to his educational role and enriching his pedagogical identity. Since then, he has completed a series of certified training programs from public universities, including:

He is committed to ongoing professional development and to integrating evidence-based practices into his teaching approach.

His pedagogical vision is embodied in the Koroneio Park – School of Nature, a space that unites nature with learning, the arts, and the values of community. There, children grow with freedom, responsibility, and a meaningful connection to their local environment.

He is the father of four children, a fact that further strengthens the empathy, authenticity, and sense of responsibility with which he approaches every child.

With the child always at the center, Koroneio Park – School of Nature is not just a place of creativity for him, but a beacon of hope for the future.

Niki Micheloudaki

Educator

Meet Niki

Niki Micheloudaki was born and raised in Atsipopoulo, Rethymno, in a family of educators. From an early age, she developed a meaningful connection with the role of the educator, inspired both by her family environment and her personal experiences as a student. Her love for children and her deep desire to contribute meaningfully to the development of the child’s personality led her to dedicate herself to the field of education.

She is a graduate of the Department of Primary Education at the University of Crete, and has enriched her academic background with specialized training in key areas of pedagogy:

  • Pedagogy (University of the Aegean – KEDIVIM): pedagogical theories and models, instructional and assessment design, behavior management, use of educational technology.
  • Special Education (University of the Aegean – KEDIVIM): developmental disorders, ADHD, inclusive education, school counseling, and education law.
  • Health Education (University of Patras – KEDIVIM): health promotion in school communities and holistic approaches in the educational process.

In parallel, she has attended specialized seminars and experiential workshops on topics such as early childhood intervention, the pedagogical use of outdoor natural environments, and music-movement education programs.

Her professional experience includes positions as an educator and facilitator in creative learning centers, cultural workshops, and school units, both in general education and within the framework of parallel support (inclusion education).

At the same time, she maintains a strong connection to the arts, especially through her engagement with traditional dance, which she also integrates into her educational practice.

With dedication, care, and a deep commitment to her pedagogical mission, Niki Micheloudaki strives to help shape an educational environment founded on respect, empathy, creativity, and love for the child.

For Niki, teaching is not just about knowledge—it is above all about relationship, embrace, and sharing.
